Ask any golfer, Bite is one of the top footwear manufacturers, however
they have just recently stepped into the wading market. The
introduction of the Steelhead and Steelhead RB wading boots follows in
true Bite form.
These brand new models offer superior comfort, durability and most importantly
grip! Bite Steelhead RB wading boots come equipped with Bite's
unique Ouzel spike system which allows anglers to quickly change their
aluminum spikes to a less aggressive plastic substitute. This
ability enhances the boot's appeal as it allows us to be ready for any
wading condition without corkers or strap-on spikes. Spikes are
screwed in using a provided "key.
The outsole is crafted out of fast drying Durahide leather and
breathable mesh. The boots comfort is really unparalleled compared
to others which I've tried. The soft padding is reminiscent of a
hiking boot, not a wading boot.
The boots are available with a standard felt or bee-sticky rubber soles
(RB model). Each will help the angler adapt to their wading
environment, and as mentioned above, both models feature the Ouzel spike
system.
