Important Notice & Swap Agreement

Please note that your swap will become visible to all Online Fly Tyer viewers immediately even if the sign up date has not yet passed. This is designed so viewers can become aware of the swap ahead of time.

Starting a swap should be taken seriously and should only be done by those who are willing to make the commitment. Starting a swap and not following through will result in inability to organize future swaps through the Online Fly Tyer.

The swap organizer is responsible for e-mailing all participants within 48 hours after the sign-up deadline, as a confirmation. The organizer should inform participants of the final numbers of flies required, and reiterate the mailing deadline. The Online Fly Tyer will e-mail the swap organizer a finalized participant & contact list once the sign-up deadline passes.

Should you have to cancel a swap, or would like to end it early, please send a e-mail to: admin@onlineflytyer.com immediately with an explanation so the necessary changes can be made as soon as possible.
